§ 93.013. RIGHTS OF A SHIPPER REGARDING NONCONFORMING 
CITRUS FRUIT.  In a written instrument that is delivered to a 
consignor of citrus fruit, a shipper or carrier may reserve the 
right to reject and return the citrus fruit, or to hold the citrus 
fruit at the expense and risk of the consignor, if after inspection 
it is determined that the citrus fruit was delivered for shipment in 
violation of this chapter.
