§ 93.041. EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS. The department may
enter into cooperative agreements with the United States Department
of Agriculture or with any Texas firm, corporation, or association
that is organized for that purpose, or both. An agreement may
provide for the inspection of citrus fruit and for the amount of
contributions to be paid by dealers and shippers for inspection and
grading services to be performed by the department under this
chapter.
