§ 95.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "coloring matter"
means a dye, a liquid, a concentrate, a material containing a dye,
or a combination of materials that react to form a dye, that is used
to enhance the color of citrus fruit by the addition of artificial
color to the peel.
