§ 95.015. NOTICE OF USE. A person shall notify the department before using or permitting the use of coloring matter on citrus fruit. If forms for that purpose are prescribed and furnished by the department, the notice must be on those forms. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1249, ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
