§ 95.034. INSPECTION FEES. The department shall collect a fee, as provided by department rule, from each person who applies coloring matter to citrus fruit. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1250, ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 419, § 2.41, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
