§ 95.041. OFFENSES.  A person commits an offense if the 
person:           
		(1)  without complying with this chapter, delivers or 
receives for transportation, transports, or sells citrus fruit that 
has been treated with coloring matter;  or
		(2)  otherwise violates a provision of this chapter or 
a rule adopted under this chapter.
