§ 1.06. CODE EXCLUSIVELY GOVERNS. Unless otherwise specifically provided by the terms of this code, the manufacture, sale, distribution, transportation, and possession of alcoholic beverages shall be governed exclusively by the provisions of this code. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 395, ch. 194, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
