Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code - Section 101.08. Duty Of County Court

§ 101.08. DUTY OF COUNTY COURT.  When a violation of this 
code occurs, the county court shall make a recommendation to the 
commission as to cancellation or suspension of any permit or 
license connected with the violation.
