§ 101.42. RETURNABLE CONTAINER:  ACCEPTANCE BY ANOTHER 
MANUFACTURER.  No manufacturer of beer may purchase, accept as a 
return, or use a barrel, half-barrel, keg, case, or bottle 
permanently branded or imprinted with the name of another 
manufacturer.
