§ 102.03. PERSONS BARRED FROM INTEREST IN PREMISES OF RETAIL LIQUOR OUTLET. (a) This section applies to the holder of a brewer's, distiller's and rectifier's, winery, wholesaler's, class B wholesaler's, or wine bottler's permit. (b) No holder of a permit named in Subsection (a) of this section may directly or indirectly, or through a subsidiary, affiliate, agent, employee, officer, director, or firm member, own an interest of any kind in the premises where a package store permittee, wine only package store permittee, or mixed beverage permittee conducts his business.
