§ 108.05. ALLOWANCE FOR ADVERTISEMENT OR DISTRIBUTION. No manufacturer or distributor, directly or indirectly, or through a subsidiary, affiliate, agent, employee, officer, director, or firm member, may pay or make an allowance to a retail dealer for an advertising or distribution service. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 520, ch. 194, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
