§ 108.74. EXCEPTION OF CERTAIN WHOLESALER FROM APPLICATION OF THIS SUBCHAPTER. A person who holds a permit under Chapter 19 and whose revenues from the sale of alcoholic beverages are predominately obtained from the sale of distilled spirits and wine may not enter into advertising, sponsorship, or promotional agreements as authorized by Section 108.75. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 946, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
