§ 108.78. CONFIDENTIALITY. Any concessionaire, sponsorship, advertisement, or promotional agreement, or related agreement and exhibits to such an agreement, entered into, submitted, filed, or requested by the administrator or commission is deemed confidential under Section 5.48(b). Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 946, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
