Art. 7844. DISBURSEMENTS. All payments of any district funds shall be by voucher upon the district depository, and all such vouchers shall be signed by the president or any two directors. All vouchers shall be issued from a regular duplicate book containing a duplicate, which shall be preserved. Acts 1918, 35th Leg., 4th C.S., p. 74, ch. 43.
