Art. 2.08. Renewal of Registered Name A. A corporation which has in effect a registration of its corporate name may renew such registration from year to year by filing annually an application for renewal in the manner prescribed for the filing of an original application. Such renewal application shall be filed during the ninety (90) days preceding the expiration date of the then current registration. Acts 1955, 54th Leg., p. 239, ch. 64, eff. Sept. 6, 1955.
