§ 10.108. SPECIAL PROVISIONS APPLYING TO NONPROFIT CORPORATION CONVERSIONS. A domestic nonprofit corporation may not convert into a for-profit entity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
