§ 10.305. AFTER FINAL DECREE. This subchapter does not apply after the entry of a final decree in a reorganization case under a federal statute even though the court that renders the decree may retain jurisdiction of the case for limited purposes unrelated to consummation of the plan of reorganization. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
