§ 10.306. CHAPTER CUMULATIVE OF OTHER CHANGES. This chapter does not preclude other changes in a domestic entity or its ownership or membership interests or securities by a plan of reorganization ordered by a court under a federal statute. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
