§ 10.353. FORM AND VALIDITY OF NOTICE. (a) Notice required under this subchapter: (1) must be in writing; and (2) may be mailed, hand-delivered, or delivered by courier or electronic transmission. (b) Failure to provide notice as required by this subchapter does not invalidate any action taken. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
