§ 11.055. COURT ACTION OR PROCEEDING DURING WINDING UP. During the winding up process, a domestic entity may continue prosecuting or defending a court action or proceeding by or against the domestic entity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
