§ 11.254. REINSTATEMENT OF CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION FOLLOWING TAX FORFEITURE. A filing entity whose certificate of formation has been forfeited under the provisions of the Tax Code must follow the procedures in the Tax Code to reinstate its certificate of formation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
