§ 11.312. COMPLIANCE BY TERMINATED ENTITY. On the decree of a court requiring winding up of a filing entity's business, the filing entity shall comply with: (1) the requirements of the decree concerning the winding up process; and (2) Subchapter B to the extent it does not conflict with the decree. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
