§ 12.152. REQUEST TO EXAMINE. To examine the business of a filing entity or foreign filing entity, the attorney general shall make a written request to a managerial official, who shall immediately permit the attorney general to inspect, examine, and make copies of the records of the entity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
