§ 12.153. AUTHORITY TO EXAMINE MANAGEMENT OF ENTITY. The attorney general may investigate the organization, conduct, and management of a filing entity or foreign filing entity and determine if the entity has been or is engaged in acts or conduct in violation of: (1) its governing documents; or (2) any law of this state. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
