§ 152.005. APPLICABLE INTEREST RATE. If an obligation to pay interest arises under this chapter and the rate is not specified, the interest rate is the rate specified by Section 302.002, Finance Code. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
