§ 152.214. CERTAIN THIRD-PARTY OBLIGATIONS NOT AFFECTED. Sections 152. 203, 152.208, and 152.209 do not limit a partnership's obligations to another person under Sections 152.301 and 152.302. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
