§ 152.403. EFFECT OF TRANSFER ON TRANSFEROR. After transfer, the transferor continues to have the rights and duties of a partner other than the interest transferred. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
