§ 153.053. RESTATED CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION. (a) The general partners may adopt at any time a restated certificate of formation that does not contain an amendment to the certificate of formation. (b) A restated certificate of formation that contains an amendment to the certificate of formation may be adopted at any time for a proper purpose as determined by the general partners. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 64, § 86, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
