§ 153.157. WITHDRAWAL OF GENERAL PARTNER IN VIOLATION OF PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT. Unless otherwise provided by the partnership agreement, a withdrawal by a general partner of a partnership for a definite term or particular undertaking before the expiration of that term or completion of that undertaking is a breach of the partnership agreement. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
