§ 154.202. EFFECT OF PARTNER CHANGE ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTNERSHIP AND CREDITORS. The relationships between a partnership and its creditors are not affected by the: (1) withdrawal of a partner; or (2) addition of a new partner. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
