§ 2.108. POWERS OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION. Except as provided by Title 7, a professional association has the same powers, privileges, duties, restrictions, and liabilities as a for-profit corporation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
