§ 2.112. STATED POWERS IN SUBCHAPTER SUFFICIENT. A domestic entity is not required to state any of the powers provided to the entity by this subchapter in its governing documents. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
