§ 200.002. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER. (a) The provisions of Chapters 20 and 21 govern a matter to the extent that this chapter or Title 1 does not govern the matter. (b) An unincorporated trust that does not meet the requirements of this chapter is an unincorporated association. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
