§ 200.106. DETERMINATION OF CONSIDERATION FOR SHARES. Consideration to be received by a real estate investment trust for shares shall be determined by the trust managers. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
