§ 200.152. NO STATUTORY PREEMPTIVE RIGHT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED BY CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION. A shareholder of a real estate investment trust does not have a preemptive right to acquire securities except to the extent specifically provided by the certificate of formation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
