§ 200.201. AUTHORITY FOR DISTRIBUTIONS. The trust managers of a real estate investment trust may authorize a distribution and the real estate investment trust may make a distribution, subject to Section 200.202 and any restriction in the certificate of formation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
