§ 200.205. AUTHORITY FOR SHARE DIVIDENDS. The trust managers of a real estate investment trust may authorize a share dividend, and the real estate investment trust may pay a share dividend subject to Section 200.206 and any restriction in the certificate of formation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
