§ 21.205. WAIVER OF PREEMPTIVE RIGHT. (a) A shareholder may waive a preemptive right granted to the shareholder. (b) A written waiver of a preemptive right is irrevocable regardless of whether the waiver is supported by consideration. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
