§ 22.051. GENERAL PURPOSES. A nonprofit corporation may be formed for any lawful purpose or purposes not expressly prohibited under this chapter or Chapter 2, including any purpose described by Section 2.002. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
