§ 22.155. SPECIAL MEETINGS OF MEMBERS.  A special meeting 
of the members of a corporation may be called by:
		(1)  the president;                                                           
		(2)  the board of directors;                                                  
		(3)  members having not less than one-tenth of the 
votes entitled to be cast at the meeting;  or
		(4)  other officers or persons as provided by the 
certificate of formation or bylaws of the corporation.
