§ 22.162. GREATER VOTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION. If the corporation's certificate of formation requires the vote or concurrence of a greater proportion of the members of a corporation than is required by this chapter with respect to an action to be taken by the members, the certificate of formation controls. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
