§ 22.205. DESIGNATION OF INITIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS. If the corporation is to be managed by a board of directors, the certificate of formation of a corporation must state the names of the members of the initial board of directors of the corporation. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
