§ 22.216. TERM AND REVOCABILITY OF PROXY. (a) A proxy expires three months after the date the proxy is executed. (b) A proxy is revocable unless otherwise provided by the proxy or made irrevocable by law. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
