§ 23.002. APPLICABILITY OF FILING REQUIREMENTS. Except as otherwise provided by the special statute, a document to be filed with the secretary of state under a special statute shall be executed and filed in accordance with Chapter 4. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
