§ 23.071. ANNUAL REPORT; PROVISION OF REQUIRED INFORMATION. (a) A corporation shall annually make a report of its condition to the banking commissioner and the Texas Department of Insurance. (b) A corporation shall provide any information that is required by the secretary of state. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
