§ 251.003. EXEMPTION. This chapter does not apply to a corporation or association organized on a cooperative basis under a statute of this state other than this chapter unless that other statute specifically states that this chapter does apply. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
