§ 251.051. ORGANIZATION MEETING. After a cooperative association's certificate of formation is filed, the cooperative association shall hold an organization meeting in accordance with Section 22.104. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
