§ 252.012. CLAIM NOT ABATED BY CHANGE. A claim for relief against a nonprofit association does not abate merely because of a change in the members or persons authorized to manage the affairs of the nonprofit association. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
