§ 3.002. FORMATION AND EXISTENCE OF NONFILING ENTITIES. The requirements for the formation of and the determination of the existence of a nonfiling entity are governed by the title of this code that applies to that entity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
