§ 3.057. RIGHT TO RESTATE CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION. (a) A filing entity may restate its certificate of formation. (b) An amendment effected by a restated certificate of formation must comply with Section 3.051(b). Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
